Objectives: Bring a well established brand into the modern age, and build an engaged online community around the brand that not only enhances the audiences experience and learnings, but also portrays the personality of the brand and family that has developed over the years.
Challenges: The online space for this particular product is full of very similar content, and we wanted our client’s brand to stand out. To enable this, we had to think creatively and not focus entirely on product based content.
Solution: We created a multitude of elements across four different content pillars to create relevant and entertaining content. Then we tested, analyzed and adapted based on audience engagement rates. We created from this data a balanced content mix, as well as built out a robust hashtag and engagement strategy to enable visibility in front of new accounts.

Objectives: Develop a custom solution for a well known retailer that stocks many different brands, catering to many different audiences. This client was already working with another agency but required a more bespoke approach that we were able to offer as a boutique agency.
Challenges: Bringing together the many verticals and audiences this company catered to. Additionally, at an internal level, different departments had different marketing approaches and campaigns, so it was difficult to track a direct ROI.
Solutions: We established the highest yielding brands and developed an evergreen funnel that could become a template for all future campaigns. We also developed in depth customer personas for the brands within the portfolio, and used retargeting stacks to ensure the ads were reaching the right audience. Additionally we created internal reporting systems to track the spending of advertising dollars and returns across departments.

Objectives: The overall goal was the increase revenue, and after reviewing the pricing strategy and not wanting to implement changes there, we decided to increase the amount of leads so that they could get more people into the three upcoming cohorts for the client’s online training program.
Challenges: After dabbling in Facebook Ads themselves, the client realized they needed to approach this with more of a strategy.
Solutions: We developed a plan that incorporated both Facebook and Google Ads, and also worked in with an email marketing strategy that we developed.
